In order to be eligible for a credit, you must return the goods at your own cost within 30 calendar days of delivery. The goods must be in the same condition that you received them and undamaged in any way.
In the first 14 days after delivery, you will incur a 10% restocking fee. If returning the product between 14 and 30 days after delivery, you will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Goods are non-returnable more than 30 days after delivery.
After we receive your goods, our operations team will inspect it and process your credit, less the applicable restocking fee.
If the product is damaged/used in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a credit.
This policy covers the return and credit of non-defective products. If a product is damaged, incorrect or faulty upon receipt, you must notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery, and we will collect it and replace the goods.
Credits and returns are not applicable if the item has been damaged by the customer trying to repair it themselves or by getting a third party involved.
